For those not in the know, SBC stands for "Small Block Chevy" (GM's venerable pushrod V8). This car will have lithium ion batteries, do the 0-60 sprint in a little over 3 seconds, and achieve the same 180+ miles per hour top speed as its gas guzzling brother.
