Nice try on attempting to make the "Candid Camera" venture sound hazardous.
Let me rephrase your question:
"Reclined in a Dodge Ram at 75mph with one wrist leaning on the wheel is safer than an attentive driver with one hand firmly on the wheel, taking pictures with a camera ready to go"
Yes, I framed the question, just like you did with yours.
I've been at this for around two months, with a camera in the passenger seat. Of course driving takes precedence over a good shot. Other difficulties involve getting lined up, many pictures involve vehicles moving too fast or with heavily tinted vehicles. If I was chaffeured, I might have at least ten times the pictures - i.e.
I see this several times daily.

Civic Duty, you were refering to the "ganstra lean", but I see a lot more white guys doing the stiff-armed version of this.

Laurie, sorry to disappoint, but I bet you don't look like Aunt Cleaver in horn-rimmed specs (i.e. Smiling Bob's wife in the Enzyte commercials).

I might change my avitar to the last guy in "Pictures of the High and Mighty" with the caption: "I feel like GOD in my Dodge Ram"

Someone might get offended seeing that at GreenHybrid - somehow that is
worse that seeing guys strutting around the road in their monster trucks.
