It would be great if some of the attendees to this event could report back to the group. Perhaps we should start a list of questions we would like Ford Hybrid Team to answer:
Q: Will this training event be held at various other locations soon?
Q: Will updating PCM software in 2005 FEH help to increase fuel efficiency (some owners with both 2005 & 2006 say the 2006 gets better MPG)? If so, will Dealers charge for performing update?
Q: Why are there FEHs with different emissions ratings in different states and does this have anything to do with some owners reporting things like better EV capability with longer durations at higher speeds?
Q: What specifically is wrong with the 2005 PATS and will Ford be coming out with a fix? If not, can at least the "Theft" light be made operable?

I dunno... I DO have an FEH parked out in my drive, and I *still* didn't get an invite. I've have lots of friends & neighbors that work for Ford so I asked one if he could check on the program for me. I'm hoping that if they find out how many people were left out that maybe they'll extend it (i.e. maybe add Friday to the program?)

 

Sorry folks if you were late calling in, the event is now filled. I called today for getting on the notification list in case they come to California with this event. Suggest others do likewise to let Ford Hybrid Team know we are interested in more events.

You have to tell the phone support though, she was just going to let me go after saying event was filled. I said I wanted to get on list and gave her my contact information, when she told me there were many on the California list such that they probably will have an event out here.
