Very unlikely... I've never heard of a car company offering such an upgrade path. Its probably not commercially viable. There are likely enough differences in the two vehicles that to support the hybrid screens would require software development and the resulting engineering costs, and how many people would opt for the upgrade so they could divide up those costs?.... especially considering the aftermarket alternatives from Eclipse, etc would be cheaper to the user.

From Autoweek, "Ford reduced prices on the hybrid versions of the crossovers {FEH and MMH, ed} for the 2007 model year and said it will do more for the 2008 model to narrow the price difference between the hybrid- and gasoline-powered models."
