Adamdelay, I apologize for taking so long to respond, Just realized your note was there. You can do this. The access is a bit tight and you'll need a flashlight. Those constant tension clamps always bother me, they'll take a bit of doing to get off, just awkward. Replace them with regular screw type hose clamps. Don't let the transaxle thing fool you, its easy, really easy. Just difficult to find the first time. Shock? No way, you're well away from the High voltage DC. You will unmake a 12VDC plug, but no sweat. Give yourself three to four hours at least. Be ready for coolant to drain all over you.
