    h: I noted that Honda replaced your battery at no charge at 120k. I'm at 127k and I'm challenging the 80k warranty, given that I'm in a hot weather state and that they extended warranties on the Insights for AZ.

    How did you get them to replace it at their expense? Thanks--Paul
