hi brad,
i've been thinking about getting a hybrid for a while and have been surfing forums like this one so i can do my own repairs. is it really difficult to work on a hybrid? does it take a computer engineering phd to work on them? i noticed that you're also located in st. louis! i live in richmond heights. i'd like to find a group of guys who like working on hybrids, ie a club or something. does that exist in st. louis?
i also found a cheap prius for sale where check lights were going off and it's supposed to be an ECM code. i have no idea what that means but i don't mind tinkering on cars as long as it goes somewhere. do you think that the ECM thing is a warning to stay far away? anyway, hope to hear from you soon.
