Hi Steve,
you mentioned you changed the blend door actuator in your escape. I believe the same thing is happening on my wife's 2009 escape. Although hers is not a hybrid, I do not anticipate them being different. It sounds like the clicking is coming from behind the instrument panel. I was wondering if you would be willing to help me with how to locate and change these parts. I am pretty handy so any help would be thankful.
