    Hello, I am having the same issue with my Ford Escape Hybrid battery fan. I have called Customer Service who were no help at all. I am in the process of writing a letter to Customer Service and I will be contacting other dealerships. It seems though that talking to the right people makes all the difference. Do you know who I need to call, email, or reference in order to convince my dealership to replace the fan under warranty??? Any advice would be great!
