Default Recommended Trailer Hitch

Just curious what trailer hitch you all recommend for an 08 hybrid? I won't be towing a lot of weight just a small trailer with a dirt bike maybe. I don't want to spend to much but I want something easy to install.

I got the best installed price at a local U-Haul dealer. ~$140 installed.

I've used Curt hitches for a very long time, on several vehicles. Usually go to eTrailer.com for them, plus some excellent instructive videos on installation.

This is the one on my 2008 FEH and it works great :

I'd also recommend eTrailer for DIY or UHaul for an installation. I'd go with a 2" receiver as accessories such as bike racks, etc are more readily available than for the 1.25" size.

I bought a Hidden Hitch from etrailer.com a few years ago for my 2008 FEH FWD. I installed it myself. It's been working great ever since. Here's the item description:

Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2"

I think etrailer.com still offers a 5% discount if you watch their YouTube videos.
