2007 Toyota Prius
The remote button are not working I m not able to start the engine, open the car using the button how ever, every I have to insert the remote to turn on the car , I have tried changing the Battery but no use

Either you need a new key fob, you have disabled the system, or the car disabled the system after an extended sit. Look at the buttons under the steering column and toggle the obvious button.
