Default Emissions in Georgia with an insight

Do you still need to get emissions every year in an hybrid ?

That varys from locale to locale, but in general the answer is yes.

Emissions, in NJ, are every two years. Four years for new cars, licensed from a NJ dealer.

When I bought my Civic Hybrid in 2002, the California DMV sent me a notice saying it would not need to be smogged until 2010.
