You need one per subpack, so 11. This will enable you to discharge them all in the same 24 hr period.

Hey Steve am I checking for the 6v with load or without? In other words when the battery connect with the bulb and it reaches 6v or when I disconnect the bulb and read 6v?

check voltage with bulb attached and terminate when it hits 6V. ±0.5V is fine if you want a little wiggle room.

Steve how do you physically find the bad 'stick' if you know one is bad based on the orange connector.

For example, if B13-B4 is bad, is there a diagram to identify? do those sense wires have the same color when they measure the sticks?

I mapped them out one time, but it's to my own numbering scheme... and finding that documentation would be a challenge.

Best way is to trace the wires. The colors are consistent from the plug to the coverplate, which takes you right to the stick.
