Mine is doing the same thing. Not setup like yours but omg if you have fixed it since, please let me know. I have a 2003 Honda civic hybrid.

To me it really looks like a voltage problem. What is the voltage of the 12V battery when the car is OFF?? What is the voltage when the car is ON (running)?

Now this voltage problem could be caused by the inverter, OR the 12V battery. One of these may be going bad.

I had this same problem when my 12V battery died. but I could see how a bad inverter would cause the same issue
