2013 Fusion Hybrid MPG
Just did a 205 mile test in heavy morning Atlanta traffic plus some 70 MPH highway speed and got 45.2 MPG. The car has 1700 miles on it, so barely broken in.
My best in our 2010 Fusion Hybrid over a slower route was 54.4 MPG (a lot of 45 MPH county roads), so I know the 2013 will only get better.
I have no problem beliving the 47 MPG EPA test claims for the 2013.

Re: 2013 Fusion Hybrid MPG
My 2013 Fusion Hybrid now has just over 3,000 miles and did the same run as above and got 46.3 MPG. Some of the time I was running 75 MPH on Interstate 20. Had I taken the county roads, I believe I would have beaten the 54.4 MPG I got in the 2010 FFH.
However, now that my son-in-law is getting 131 MPG in his Fusion Energi, I wish I had waited for one of those.

Sounds like Ford has stepped up to the plate with a first class lineup of energy efficient autos. It does make you wonder when the rest of the manufactures are going to try and catch up with Toyota and Ford and offer more than one or two vehicles though.
