2005 Civic Hybrid - My Very First Car!
hi all!
my name's Tcup, I'm seventeen,
and
I am so ridiculously excited.
I'm On wednesday I'll be getting my first car.
The 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid in Magnesium w/ the six cd changer and additional rims.
I've been driving my mom's 1990 honda accord for the past year.... is the handling and overall feel of the the hybrid that different?
*jumps up and down*
I can't wait.
much love! & safe driving!

Hybrid Hondas are pretty much the same as their non-hybrid counterparts, short of the auto-stop, as far as handling goes, AFIK.
Welcome to the land of the 'brids.

Tcup,
Congratulations on your new HCH. When my daughter was 17, I bought her a new '96 Civic LX, and she still drives it to work today. I have driven Accords and Civics, and the only difference I noticed was the Accord was bigger (and I was used to smaller cars) and the Accord had more power. I have been driving Civics again since August '03, and an '05 HCH since April. And I love my car, as well. Welcome to the hybrid club.

Weclome, I am new here too. My first car was a 93 Toyota MR2 Turbo, which I still have. Very fun to drive, good Aero and lightweight. But, very bad MPG, especially when I got into the boost which was often. What do your friends think about your decision to get the hybrid?
