2006 FEH completely dead
As in nothing. Not even the odometer shows up. no headlights, no power anything. The battery reads as 12.45v which is slightly low but it should at least give me something.
It sounds similar to this https://www.greenhybrid.com/forums/f...ed-help-28856/
I'm going to test this out today. Does anyone know what relay they ae referring to and where to find it?

Re: 2006 FEH completely dead
So no... we tried the jump start button and it did not illuminate.
When I say the car was completely dead I mean COMPLETELY dead. No signs of power anywhere. It was as if the 12v battery had been removed.
I'm curious if there is a relay somewhere that completely shuts off the 12v system.
Interesting update:
So yesterday I went back to the car to test jumping the battery pack to the frame with a start kit. When I arrived at the car it had magically sprung back to life and the flashers were going. This was draining the battery so a simple jump was able to get the car going and it's behaved normally for the past day and a half.

There isn't one that I am aware of. It almost sounds like it could be either corrosion at the battery posts, a loose connection there or you could have a ground that came off somewhere or is overly corroded. Has it acted up in the past or is this the first time?
So it is dead dead? No clicks, no lights, nothing?

Re: 2006 FEH completely dead
Yes DEAD.
No clicks, no lights, no locks, no jump start button. No interior lights. Anything that would be powered is 100% gone.
So the battery terminals look fine. No apparent corrosion there. I check the voltage between the battery and the main in on the fuse box as it was one thing I could get at easily without a diagram or tracking something down somewhere. Silly me I didn't check the voltage or continuity from frame to the negative terminal.
Any idea where the ground wire hits the frame on this vehicle?
