Default Some camry hybrids should have 25,000 or 30,000 miles by now...............

I hope some of you folks who have had your hybrid camrys long enough to put on 25,000 or 30,000 miles or more please commemt on your experiences. Are there any noticable changes? Is the car still tight, quiet, smooth? I guess you get the point. Tell us about your opinion of the car after all those miles. I am a new owner of the 50th anniversary model and I am loving it so far. Just turned 1500 miles.

On Aug 1, I will be at my 1 year anniversary. I am at 24k miles right now. Have had no problems with the car other than the annoying brake squeek (TSB's were applied) which I keep having them look at during every 5k service. Still love the car as much as the day I got it, and having lots of fun making my modifictions.

I'm close to 27k, I have nothing to report, except for the console squeek I partially solved and breaks are fine on mine without TBS fix. I may have clicking steering wheel, but not sure, maybe it's my imagination since I read about it here, will have dealer check it before warranty expires. Averaging 38-40 mpg very consistently, but the traffic is consistently bad around here as well.

I have just over 30,000 miles since getting my TCH mid October.

I have not had it in for any warranty work.

The only annoyance I have is the a/c vent rattles when the car is VERY hot, but it goes away as soon as the car starts to cool down.

My mileage is as good as ever, with my last tank and current tank being the best tanks ever. I am currently ay 675 mile on the current tank and the computer tells me I still have 6 miles to empty, so I really have more like 100+ miles to empty.

I only have 19K, but I have the console squeak - which is a problem in the winter/cold weather - and a/c vent noise - exactly as others have described.

But I also have crappy Bridgestone tires that are almost bald, cupped and noisy.

Otherwise, I think this is the best car I have ever owned.

Japanes TCH, now total loss because of accident:
Get a wheel allignemnt under warranty ASAP
The a/c vent rattles when the car is VERY hot
One of the best cars I ever owned (LX 470 and Solara convertible are the others I own now).

Have bought a 07 50th anniversary TCH to replace the above unit, will take delivery next few days.

A truly great car!

Mine now has 25,116 miles (purchased in October of 2006).

Only major problem I noticed was that I had to replace both of the rear wheel well liners, as they got damaged (not at the same time, but within two months of each other) by road debris.

I don't know what I ran over. Los Angeles' freeways are littered with junk from trucks and cars. Pieces of chain, bolts, cables, restraining straps, debris from accidents, etc. are everywhere.

Both of these liners broke off, the pieces dragging against the tires. I had to pull off onto the shoulder (really fun) and stuff the dangling pieces up underneath so I could get home.

Toyota replaced them (I paid - road hazards not covered), but the service manager was curious as to why they'd both broken so quickly in the life of the car. He was going to inquire to Toyota if this was a common problem.

Anyone else had similar?

Purchased TCH in 5/06. I have over 36,000 miles. I love this car.
This is my 3rd Camry. One thing I especially like is that I haven't had to have anything done to the brakes yet. They said it has 75% effective life left. My other Camrys would have had new rotors by now.
No problems except the "blank" for the fog light came off or was take off.
They replaced it whey I brought it in for an oil change, at no charge.
PS I average 32 mpg and I kinda have a lead foot.
