Torque app
I want to share my experience. I started using Torque app for my Android along with ELM327 Mini Bluetooth adapter ($8 - $13 ebay).
Torque - you can have free or $4plus version - gives a ton of information.
Pretty much, you have all infor Scan or Ultra gauge will provide; you have ton of tasks they won't - like 0 to 60 timing, best this or that.
Torque will give you alarms as preset. Will build graphs for you. My favorite is, it will log whatever data you tell it to log. Now, think this way - in case of accident, you can prove your speed, if brakes were engaged and such.
Even better, it doubles as HUD. Simply set it in HUD mode and set phone on your dash, where reflection onto windshield where you want it.
Will read and clear error codes.
Really cool toy and fraction of the U/S - gauges.
