Media Contact Information
I'll be releasing a new press release when the mileage database hits 5 million miles shortly. I'd also like to start submitting these releases to various news outlets across the nation. Please assist me in finding contact information for the media. It can be wires, newspapers, magazines or other noteworthy publications. Just post 'em here.
I'm also going in blind, here. What's the inside scoop? How, exactly, do I get the media to write about GreenHybrid?

Re: Media Contact Information
Well, the media is like the entertainment industry. It's all about who you know. Maybe write in to some of your local newspapers (The Sentinel isn't it?) and mention your site and ask if they have Hybrid experts on staff and if not would they be willing to let you write for them, most major newspapers have a weekly "Drive" section or something similar (it's drive in the San Jose Mercury news) and might be willing to use someone who knows more than most of their 50+ year old "so-called" experts. This way you get your foot in the door as a freelance writer. I could be wrong, but that's how I'd run my angle. I've tried with reviewing video games and I got a letter back from the Editor saying thanks, but they just hired someone, but at least they recognized the need and acknowledged my interest meaning they were interested in putting up a game section. You should also have good credentials and knowledge/ plus proof of said knowledge.
