2006 New York Tax rebate

Does anyone have info on tax rebates in New York State? I have not been able to locate any definitive info on the rebates for the state.

I don't know if there's anything new since this thread - there very well may be since NY has made a lot of strides to go green and does offer many incentives... maybe they re-instated something. Good luck.
