Looks like I'm getting this set-up on my new 2011 Explorer Limited and it will be available for the Escape also.

I'm pretty sure the auto-dim mirror in my 2008 is a gentex model. No backup camera, of course.

Gentex makes a lot of the oem dimming mirrors.
