Quick Rock Damage Question

1 Attachment(s)
I was driving along the other day, up a hill - and heard a loud noise that sounded like when a rock hits your windshield, but different. Later I noticed this little gem on my front quarter panel. :omg:

Does insurance generally cover this type of damage? Will they need to repaint the section and blend or can it be "touched up"?

Thanks.

Re: Quick Rock Damage Question

The bumper places are often good at making excellent minor repairs (not just to bumpers, obviously), often undetectable and very reasonably priced. Sorry for your owie.

Thanks Steve, I'll look into that.

Re: Quick Rock Damage Question

One thing that ticks me is these black plastic "bumpers" with paint to match body. They are basically fairings, near useless in low speed hits, and more of a liability (so fragile, prone to paint chips/scratches) than a help. Sorry, venting.
