Honda civic hybrid 2007 showing all check lights

Hybrid car showing all check lights. i.e 12 volt battery, sterring, vga, abs etc. Almost all sensor lights.
the abs is not working plus the sterring has harden. Its now impossible to drive...
12v battery is also not charging as the indicator on the battery indicates need charging. Btw its a brand new battery.

Plz help me out

Check ground straps and check codes.

Buy a code reader - cheap bluetooth ones can be had for < $15 and/or take it to an auto parts store (Autozone, etc.)
