06 MMH leakage resistance is 99999?!
The wife got the SSN message a few months ago, I’m just now able to mess with it. I’ve already dissembled the packs and replaced a few cells that were less than the rest. 6.6 was the best and 6.4 was the worst. I replaced the BCM. I’m fairly certain that the issue lies with the R_Leakp and R_leakn …. When the car kicks into ev mode it drops to 0 and immediately goes back to 9999. Any thoughts? I’ve spent a few days scouring google and am now.

At its peak WOT. To 50mph
something to note is that it’s developed a loud thump/grind on the first startup after sitting since last post

0.5 DEL_MOD_V even at such a high current/low voltage is a strong sign of a deteriorated and imbalanced pack.
In the absence of other data, I expect that on normal accels at low speed/high torque, the BCM is likely seeing DEL_MOD_V spike, and it's triggering the code and/or SSN.
