Default Vibrating, Grinding Feeling from 0-10 mph

I just brought my 2005 Honda Civic a month ago, I've replaced the radiator, gotten an oil change and put fuel injector cleaner into it. Ever since I brought the car I've notcied this grinding feeling when i accelerate usually at a red light. The car runs fine on the highway. During local stop and go traffic the car feels like its stuttering when i accelerate. The car only does it when i accelerate after coming to a complete stop or slow down to speeds below 5mph. It has 128000 miles on it. Its a honda civic hybrid. Also when driving sometimes the car feels like it brakes on its own. Similar to a rabbit stopping. If im coasting the car will suddenly brake and the rpm gauges drop then the car runs normal for a second and another rabbit stop unless my foot is on the gas regardless of how hard i step. Please help!!!

Take it to a mechanic.
