having problems with my car. need help

Hi guys,

I'm currently having problems with my car. Specifically, After driving for about 5min, gas pedal doesn't react at all.

I have a Camry Hybrid 2007. 84800 miles.

I went to the dealer and got the following errors:

p0a94 DC/DC converter performance
p3004 High Voltage power resource
p3108 Lost communication with DC system control model

Mechanic said that I need to replace hv battery but i don't believe him since i'm not getting any error saying that i have to replace my battery.

After resseting the errors, the car operates fine.

Please help what the problem could be?

Bring it to a second dealer and see what they say

Talgat,

Can you get the rest of the codes that they pulled from your ECU? Each of those codes should have another 3 digit code behind the original one IE: P3004-133. To give you an idea, the first code you listed has 16 different sub codes, the second has 6 and the last one has 3 codes.

If you can find those out, I might be able to point you in the right direction. These Camry's are very complicated cars and what APPEARS to be wrong often times is not. How often does this occur? How long has it been happening? Does this just happen in cold weather, warm weather or both?

The cause for what you have experienced could be as simple as a loose wiring harnes connector all the way up to a bad hybrid battery, bad DC to DC convertor, a bad DC to AC invertor or a bad ECU
