How do I reset Warning Lights after Replacing Traction Battery?

I have a 2005 Prius with 109,000 miles and the traction battery failed. All the warning lights are on ( Triangle of Doom, ABS, Brake, etc.). The car would no longer start and run ( only go from P to N ) and they could not be reset with a basic code scanner. Previous codes were POa80 and P3013 and have been cleared. I have also already had the inverter coolant pump changed and warnings ( POa93) for that reset by dealer a month ago.
I removed and rebuilt the battery pack ( the 6th module from the right had exploded at the top, hence code P3013 for 3rd battery cell failure). All other modules had around 7.6 volts and the replacement from eBay had 7.41 volts. I re-installed the battery pack and also fully charged the 12 volt battery.
PROBLEM: All the warning lights are still on and the transmission still will only goes from P to N and back. I can not get it to start and go into D or R. How do I reset the warning lights and why doesn't it recognize that the pack has been rebuilt?

You have too large of a voltage difference between your replacement module and the original ones. You will also need a better scan tool to access many of the hybrid specific code areas.
