Additional Info: Easy takeoffs. City driving and small highways near town - cruising speeds of 40/42 mph. EV mode at times, 25 to 42 mph. Highway trips 60 with cruise = about 48 mph. during the summer. Winter - Heater set to 71/72 once the car is heated. Fan set to the first bar unless it's really cold, the I use the second bar. AC set 79/80 degrees for Summer, recirculate. Similar fan settings unless its really a hot day. You may notice my gas mileage is high for a Camry. I believe the flat area we live in helps a lot. The humidity is usually 20% here in the desert. We have lots of sunlight out here. The elevation at the desert floor is 4300 feet. The thinner air may also reduce the wind resistance. If you have ever driven past the white sands memorial park/white sands missile range, you know the area where I live. My other favorite for gas mileage is driving through Fort Bliss from Alamogordo south to El Paso, 80 miles.
