Worst Case Hybrid Scenerio: Battery Failure

Re: It's Back!
Congratulations on getting your car back so quickly! I'll be interested to hear whether you think there is a change of performance.
For me it has been hard to tell since in this first week that I've had my car back we have had temperature changes from 69 degrees down to 20 degrees and so it is hard to attribute high or low mpg to anything other than temperature.

Re: Worst Case Hybrid Scenerio: Battery Failure
Good for you! Wow, I can't believe it got back so quick. I have a feeling mine will die this summer. Finally discovered my dealer may be part of my problems so the dealer an extra 40 miles down the road may be getting my business from now on. We'll see.

http://www.luterileyhonda.com/ states they are the #2 Honda dealer in the U.S. That might have helped in getting the battery pack so quickly.

Update on New Battery Pack
I have not have a recal on the new battery pack in the first 5,000 miles.
Just finished a 3.5 day trip from Dallas to Fort Collins Colorado. Went up the 6% grade west of Denver up I70 - no recal. My conclusions: the battery pack and my driving judgment are better than on the trip last year.
