Default 2003 Honda Civic Amp and Sub

I wanted to know how to fish the wires to the trunk because the entire backseat is blocked by the hybrid battery. On Chutchfield someone told me "DO NOT exceed a 30A current draw or 350W RMS power rating."
is there a reason for this? I have chosen
Amp:Rockford Fosgate Prime R250-1D
Stereo: Kenwood KDC-355U
Sub: Polk Audio DXi 124 DVC
with a EFX 8-gauge Amplifier Wiring Kit
This will be my first car mod since it is my first car I would have preferred non-hybrid but I cant argue its still an amazing car until the 144volt battery goes out :/

Thanks Guys
