Awesome breakdown of 06 Civic Hybrid Tech Updates
Found this over at Green Car Congress, really lays out what Honda did for the 06 Civic Hybrid compared to the previous version.

Re: Awesome breakdown of 06 Civic Hybrid Tech Updates
I'm not fully up to speed on all the HCH developments and plans, so forgive my ignorant question:
Is the 06 HCH offered with a manual transmission?
If NOT (as I believe is currently the case) are there plans for a manual transmission version of teh 06 HCH?
TIA!

There is not a Manual Transmission "Available" for the 2006 Hybrid Civic, {HCH II}. Honda did have available Manual transmissions for the 2003-2005 Hybrid Civic's.
Honda went away from the Manual Trans. completely for the 2006 Model. It has the CVT and is easier for the Computer to interface with for the Increased FE and Emissions.
