Default My 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid wiring problem

It was raining and I pulled up to a red light, the light turned green, and I started out and run over the painted cross walk one tire spun just a little bit, and all most all the warning lights come on. The traction control, abs, stirring, and the car motor doesn't stop when I press the brake.
Any one know how to fix this.

Why can't I buy a repair manual for this car?

eBay has the service manual, I bought one for... 45 or 50 dollars (or 35? I don't remember)

I'd get a code reader and read your codes, how recently did this happen? could be your harness got wet and caused everything to light up... has it dried out since?
