My kids are 16, 13 and 12, so they definitely notice what I do. Since I drive them to school every day during the school year, I hypermile with them in the car. They once asked me why I bought a car that is so slow. I told them that I don't have a slow car, my car has a slow driver. When we are coasting without the ICE on, they as me "are we driving 'soap box derby' style?"
