is it ok to post this here, since i put it in the ugly winter car post too? this is how it looked when i got to work today, shot through a window....junk kicked off the wheel wells, all the ice on the front end, and the snow covering the headlights.

If I managed 50 mpg in those conditions, I'd feel pretty good about it. Let us know if you continue to have such success.

One thing that would make good FE challenging - defroster use.
The A/C comes on to dry the air when the defroster is turned on. On the Insight, the A/C can be deactivated, but sometimes the A/C is necessary to clear the windows.

I've noticed the driver's window fogs up much faster than the passenger window. Sometimes I'll crack the windown down to clear it.
It's probably my breathing that does it, so I might try wearing my gas mask to see if that helps - pictures and results will follow.

I've had this urge to look like....
...and to have the power to mystically choke agressive drivers like this.
....after all he became a hybrid man ("He's more machine than man...")
I want to be a hybrid man!
I feel it!
I've been seeking more hybrid power and I can get more....from the Dark Side.
