Another late introduction
Hi all --
Technically I'm not new to the forums, though I haven't ever posted here much. I used to lurk and read through threads on occasion, and comment irregularly, as you might note in my post count. I joined in late 2006.
I bought my 2007 HCH-II in December of 2006. My lifetime FE for the car is right on 50 mpg. I practice my own subset of hypermiling techniques, nothing too extreme, mostly just the common sense driving-style changes. My summer peak tanks are in the range of 56-60 mpg, and my last fill was 59.4.
I used to be more active on CleanMPG when it was a smaller community, but that forum has seen a big spike in activity of late between high gas prices and increased public exposure, and it has gotten harder to "be heard" among all the new members. This community seems smaller and I hope I'll become a regular soon.

Welcome to the CLUB!
BTW, we'll be organizing a tour of the Toyota Georgetown KY, Oct. 13, Columbus Day holiday. They make the Camry hybrids there.
