I have rust bubbles and the paint on the lip underneath the panels is gone with a lot of rust. Has anyone had this fixed before and how much should I expect for a good fix?

 

No one here can tell you how much it will cost to repair. If you are seeing rust bubbles, you can be assured there is a lot more rust under the paint. Until someone strips the bad areas to bare metal there is no way to know how extensive the repairs will be.
