Default Engine RPM's Cold & Warm

Hello all. I have an '08 Escape hybrid and a quick question. Can someone tell me where the RPM's should be for the engine during warm-up and then when warm. Mine seems a bit high but I could be wrong. Thanks in advanced for any help you can give.

Depends on if it is warm, cool, or exceptionally cold.

1000-1100 @ idle when warm
1300 @ idle when cool
1400-1600 @ idle when cold ( 20'F )

1700-2000 @ idle when exceptionally cold ( -15'F )
