Fast blinking Anit-theft light / Car turns off while driving
 

We thought we fixed the problem of the car not starting. We reset the PCM by removing the 2 fuses. This worked for while but then the red triangle came on while driving and the car said "Stop vehicle slowly" and turned off while on the interstate. It started right back up after pulling over to restart. It keeps doing this and sometimes I won't start and sometimes it will.

If the anit-theft light is blinking fast it won't start....where should we go from here?
