Default Manual break bleed procedure?

According to the service manual on the '05 FEH Ford uses a diagnostic computer in the bleeding proceedure. Anyone know if there is a manual way to do this? Or a way to do it a non-Ford diag. tool?

I would like to bleed the system but I don't want to hurt the ABS/regen system.

I think the owner's manual has a section on this. Did you check there?

I found a section in the service manual on a manual bleed procedure but it looks like it's part of the non-hybrid escape section (I got the service manual on CD and some of it is not put togeather/indexed very well). I looked in the owner's manual and did not find anything on break bleeding.

Disconnect the 12v battery, deactivate the HV battery then bleed as a standard system. As per Alldata for the 05 FEH

I hope you intend to bleed the brakes, not break the bleed.
