Re: NAV wiring question
The parent company of Eclipse is Fujitsu 10 & they are owned by Toyota/Lexus. We had an ES 300 Lexus where I work recently that had factory NAV(it was a $3900 option)& it was absolutely identical to my Eclipse 5500.

Re: NAV wiring question
The sub works fine now, I used Walts wiring pics to figure out the sub wiring & then wired it to the subwoofer pre-outs on my Eclipse 5500(the 5500 is a AWESOME UNIT by the way). The sub works much better hooked to the Eclipse than it did in stock form because the Eclipse has a sub level adjustment that is independent of the front/rear speakers or the EQ adjustment.

So based on what you say, is it safe to assume that the subwoofer signal
coming out of the radio is a line level signal (Low level). Or is it a speaker
level (High level)?
I've been looking at different options for upgrading the factory system, and would need to know this.
Thanks for any info!
