Neewbie with a lit wrench

I have the wrench and service soon along with poor performance, no codes on my Bosch 1100 scan reader. Would a Forscan ELM327 find the problem? What Forscan would? I should say Hello, I'm new hear. Love vintage Honda motorcycles.

Forscan is your best bet.

I've had the same issue for the last year. It comes and goes. I found mine related to the O2 sensor. Changing the O2 sensor did no good. I believe I have to follow the wiring to determine where the issue is unless its computer related.

Turns out we put ATF in where the transmission generator coolant was supposed to go after changing the a/c compressor and condenser. Oops.Oops
