Default SOC limit lower after oil change

So, I took my 2008 AWD in for the 30K change. The next morning it was in the 40's, and my SOC went down to 35 the next three times I started up with a cold engine (all on the same day). I thought it might be a battery recal, but it did not go high at all. This morning it was in the early 50's, but as it happened I did not go below 44 SOC, so I don't know if it would have dropped down again.

Prior to this the SOC has never gone below 40 except for the single battery recal I experienced.

I wonder if the dealer flashed the CPU (the invoice doesn't seem to indicate this).
