Time for new 12V battery?
Went out to start the car in the am and nothing. No lights, no pressurized sounds and no cranking. There was the familar "beep-beep-beep" coming out of the engine bay. This is this the fifth time since March this has occurred and it only occurs when the vehicle sits for one day or longer without it being started. I normally put the battery charger on the 12V and 60 minutes later or so, it starts right up with no problems. I would say the 12V battery isn't holding a charge too well? My vehicle came off the Ford assembly line 4-25-2005 and I purchased it new 6-09-2007.

the batteries are kind of an odd size. So you may end up with a Motorcraft battery to get one that fits. also you will need to rig up a small 9v battery to the battery cables to keep the memory alive so your FE wont take a dive for a tank or so. There was a thread about this 6 months or so ago.
