I got a little better on my trip, 12.2 kpl (28.7 MPG) going up with 7 in MPV and fully loaded but had massive headwinds and only 6 Deg C coming back. (Ave 11,5 KPL, 27 MPG). I noticed if you could get about 2 seconds behind a Rig it went up to 14 to 16KPL but the head winds stopped that. The sites you mentioned were good, so I should get better in the summer, which will help overal.
