Lexus RX 400h AWD & FWD
 

A member has brought to my attention that the Lexus RX 400h comes in AWD and FWD versions. I had no idea this was the case and the mileage database isn't currently equipped to handle this. The footnotes on the RX website confirm this.

Does anyone know if this is a new development? It looks like we'll have to update the system.

"fwd" front wheel drive - 33/28 (city/highway)

Nice lookin' ride. One of my co-workers has a front wheel drive in the parking lot.

Explanation. The AWD version was released in April 2005 but a FWD version came out in "late December" according to that article. So they're very new, but they exist.

Therefore all existing entries for the RX 400h can be assumed to be AWD, so the RX 400h mileage tracker can be renamed "RX 400h AWD" and a new FWD tracker can be created.
