new mileage database updating?
 

I made an error on a fuel mileage entry in the new mileage database. I swapped the mileage and the fuel on a take entry. Now I can’t find a way to edit or erase the erroneous entry. Can anyone direct me to the instructions on updating an entry.

To my knowledge, there is no way to edit entries in the new system. Some members are making do; some are still trying to use the old database; some have moved on to other sites like mine, below.

I had the same issue. Bummer, I've been updating this database since January of 2006 but I guess I'll have to drop it if I can't edit an error that I just make on my latest entry. Surprised we're being turned away at this point. wiscnordicman

I made the same mistake and can not edit a tank.
They sure have made it easy to delete our entire data base though!
I've been contributing since 2005.I was able to still access the old data base but I dont know how it happened it just "worked" till today.

The database is not deleted.
There is just a different interface and display for the data.
I see you found the thread titled, "Status of the GreenHybrid Mileage Database"
Please continue to post your comments about the database on that thread or feel free to PM the contact for this site, IB Adrian.

Oh, almost forgot to mention, you are correct that currently there is not a way to go back and edit a tank with the current database interface. Feel free to post your frustration about it on that thread.
