Is anyone with a 2009 HiHy successfully using their NAV with a modified 8.1 data file (with the 5.1 LOADING.KWI) or are you using a LOCKPICK from Coastal Electronic Technologies?
I have the NAV overide function working with 8.1 data, but do not have the trip information displays(energy screens) available. It isn't even on the menu choices.
Just curious if anyone has been able to get the overides WITH the trip information displays available....
Please don't hijack this thread with advice about the pros or cons of driving while dialing a telephone or inputting destinations or about TOYOTA's insane disabling of functionality while the car is moving. Thats for a different thread on a different day.

I put the Version 8 with 5.1KWI in. I never use the energy screens and have not checked it. I will check it when I get home and let you know.
