2007 Camry Fuel door
So after 12 years, I am starting to have minor annoyances with my Camry. The biggest one is the fuel door, refuses to open sometimes. The solution is I open the trunk and open the door that way.
I can’t seem to find any information on how to troubleshoot my issue. Has anyone had a similar experience, or can anyone offer any advice.

Re: 2007 Camry Fuel door
Mine is working fine, but I would put some penetrating oil on all moving parts if had your problem (actually I did spray mine couple times over the years in past). If that didn't work, maybe replace the whole linkage or lock, depending whats binding, either yourself or maybe mechanic, shouldn't cost that much I hope.
But frankly, if this is your biggest problem you have on 12 year old car, I would consider this pretty good.

Most likely your spring is broken https://www.bing.com/search?q=fuel+door+spring&PC=U316&FORM=CHROMN
It's a 35 second repair
