2007 Camry hybrid 12v battery not charging

2007 Camry hybrid 12v battery not charging
After replacing the hybrid battery in my 2007 Camry the new as well as the old 12v battery will not charge. I have the error message "Check Hybrid System" and Check VSC System" this is a new problem that wasn't an issue before replacing the hybrid battery. Anyone have any ideas?

What are the error codes stored in the system? Not the generic ones but the Toyota specific codes.

I'm having same issue with my 09 camry hybrid.
12v battery won't charge. I've replaced battery and inverter and still goes for about 30 miles then starts shutting down, when I switch the 12v battery with one that's charged works perfect again until it goes dead. When it goes dead it shows a check hybrid system and check vsc system

I'm having same issue with my 09 camry hybrid.
